I provide a variety of services to help support businesses.

Project Management: Management of a specific task or an entire system utilizing software such as Trello.

Administrative Organization: Research, data entry, proofreading, email organization and management, file system organization, calendar/scheduling.

Bookkeeping: Accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, account reconciliation, certified payroll.

Benefits of a Virtual Assistant

As a Virtual Assistant, or VA, I am a self-employed business owner. The benefits of hiring a VA include: not having to pay employee-related taxes and benefits; not having to provide physical space or equipment for an employee; and, most importantly, having an administrative expert on your team.

Hourly

Hourly rates are available for clients who have ongoing administrative needs that may fluctuate from week to week.

 

 

Monthly Packages

Monthly packages include an agreed-upon amount of hours to be completed prior to the end of the month. I will work with your business to develop milestones and timelines for task completion throughout the month.

Special Projects

If you need assistance on a specific one-time project, such as data entry, project set up, or customer tracking, please contact me to discuss a budget and timeline.
